VACMAN
3.0 Inventory on Hand Report:
The
“Inventory on Hand” report may
produce asterisks in the Doses Per Package
column. This is because some inventory
records receive a 0 (zero) during conversion
from VACMAN 2.63 to VACMAN 3.0, in order to
balance the Stock and Lot Tables. After conversion,
the report produces asterisks because Doses
Per Package cannot be divided by 0. To
resolve this issue:
- Look
up the Lot Number on the CDC Inventory screen.
- Change
the value of Doses Per Package from 0 to
1
- Save
the record.
- Go
to the Utilities tab, Data Doctor
screen, and check the Inventory Recalculate
box.
-
Click Continue to save the change
you made.
If
you have questions or need assistance, contact
the VACMAN Help Desk at (404) 639-8303.
