Subject: Comments on PDF Support Specifications for EDGAR Release 6.5

To whom it may concern:
     
Regarding the "PDF Support Specifications for EDGAR Release 6.5" 
specification
it would seem that after a careful reading of this document, that the 
use of <PDF> 
tag is meant to be mutually exclusive of the HTML 3.2 tag support also 
contained 
in the same EDGAR release.
     
Looking at the PDF template for filings seems to further this claim. Yet 
nowhere
in the specification is there mention of the relationship of the <PDF> 
... </PDF>
regional delineation with that of the HTML 3.2 tags.
     
This issue needs clarification within the specification and preferably 
the same
language could also be placed in the accompanying document:
     
     HTML 3.2 Tag and Attribute Specifications for EDGAR Release 6.5
