The Broadcast Media & Technology Center produces both CD Rom and Web content for Distance Information / Learning. One such product produced for Farm Service Agency was Compliance and Oversight Training. Approximately twelve hours of instructor led video was captured to CD Rom using SMIL and Real Video Technology. Synchronized graphics accompanied the video for a valuable e-learning experience. By using SMIL (synchronized multimedia integrated language) and Real Video the twelve hour training was able to be delivered by both CD Rom and the Web via video streaming.
