Using Technology to Improve Training Opportunities for Federal Government Employees

President Clinton signed Executive Order 13111 (E.O.) on January 12, 1999. This E.O. establishes the President's Task Force on Federal Training Technology, directs Federal agencies to take certain steps to enhance employees' training opportunities through the use of technology, and creates an Advisory Committee on Expanding Training Opportunities.
