What is the European Client Support Center?
The European Client Support Center is located in GSA's Heartland Region office in Kansas City, Missouri. As the lead organization for acquisition support to U.S. interests in Europe, the European Client Support Center specializes in European information technology, assisted professional services and network services requirements.
What it Does:
The European Client Support Center staff has the international expertise and extensive technical resources required to provide exceptional service to our CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) customers. In addition, GSA has a sales and customer service office located in Germany dedicated to providing face-to-face customer acquisition support to overseas clients.

Established at Hammonds Barracks in Seckenheim, Germany (adjacent to the Heidelberg and Mannheim area), the European sales and service office supports federal and Department of Defense agencies located in the European theater. The office provides customers the ability to work directly with a local GSA representative and take advantage of the solutions available from the three GSA business lines, information technology solutions, assisted professional services and network services. This office coordinates services and solutions available from U.S. based and in-country sources, as well as FTS technical personnel. In-country knowledge of current issues including SOFA, TESA, TECA, certifications, customs, and shipping will be easily accessible to European based customers. As European based federal customers address technology and deployment challenges overseas, GSA is committed to establishing effective business relationships, and providing synergistic information technology, assisted professional services, and network services solutions.
Supported foreign countries include Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia, England, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
