What is Millennia?
A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Program consisting of nine Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts

Millennia was created to provide three main types of IT services:
Communications – Definition, design, implementation, and management of digital and integrated or linked communications systems
Software Engineering – Managing software from initial conception and planning, through design and development, to conversion, maintenance and improvement
Systems Integration – All activities needed to develop and initiate automated information system
Type of Task Orders:
Cost Reimbursement - suitable for use when uncertainties in contract performance do not permit cost to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use a fixed price contract.
The following Cost Reimbursement Task Orders may be issued under the Millennia Contracts:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee
- Cost Plus Award Fee (See G.3.1.1)
- Cost Plus Incentive (See G.3.2.1)
Fixed Price - suitable for acquiring commercial items or other supplies/services with reasonably definite functions or detailed specifications, when the contracting officer can establish fair and reasonable prices at the outset.
The following Fixed Price Task Orders may be issued under the Millennia Contracts:

CSC COs and APMs/ITMs will structure RFPs & solicit proposals
CSC COs and APMs/ITMs will work with Clients to evaluate offers
CSC Contracting Officers will award Task Orders and provide task order administration support
