To construct a citation for another page, replace

  • the update date (e.g., 2004 Apr 7) with the "Published:" date displayed at the bottom of the page
  • the cited date (e.g., 2004 Apr 18) with the date you read the page
  • the page title (e.g., Alzheimer disease)
  • the extent (e.g., [about 4 screens]) if required
  • the URL (e.g., http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition=alzheimerdisease)
