GSA has recently revised the rules for travel on government aircraft and moved them to the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), 41 CFR 300.3, 301.10, and 301.70.The new rules were published in the Federal Register on June 21, 2004, and went into effect on September 20, 2004.
