Hair dye: Is it safe to use in pregnancy?
Question Is it safe to color or highlight your hair when pregnant?

Chris  /  Minnesota
Answer

There's no clear evidence of risk associated with using hair dye during pregnancy. But there's no clear evidence of its safety either. Because of this, the Food and Drug Administration recommends that until conclusive evidence is available, pregnant women may want to proceed with caution in using hair dyes.
