Product Demonstrations

BNL allows sellers to display and demonstrate products that are of use to the Laboratory at the Berkner Hall at lunch time. Advance approval is required and a small set up fee charged.

• After approval, you will be instructed to reserve supplier space at Berkner Hall, Bldg 488: Two 8 foot tables with cloths are provided
• For an announcement in the Brookhaven Bulletin, Contact Liz Suebert at 631 344-2346.

A fee of $175, payable to Brookhaven National Laboratory, must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event. Send payment to the attention of Ruth Comas Bldg. 179B, P.O. Box 5000, Upton, NY 11973-5000.

There is an additional charge of $25 per table above the initial 2 tables provided, based on availability.

suppliers must supply all of their own materials, UL-approved power cords and necessary supplies. All brochures and debris are to be removed from Bernker Hall, Bldg. 488 at the conclusion of the demonstration.

suppliers may set up from 9 a.m - 11 a.m Traffic/activity in the building is heaviest from 11:30 a.m - 2 p.m (Lunch Time)

A limited number of packages/boxes may be shipped ahead of time, if necessary, and sent to the attention of Ruth Comas.

A small banner may be hung in the lobby area during the product demonstration.
