Substitutions are allowed up to the start of the course. If the agency representative cancels registration more than two weeks in advance, GSA will refund the tuition payment. For cancellations less than two weeks, a fee of $150 will be charged. GSA reserves the right to cancel any sessions with insufficient enrollment.

GSA recommends not making nonrefundable airline reservations without a confirmation letter.
