Formula-Funded Programs
These are programs in which funds are distributed on an annual basis according to a statutory administrative formula. Eligibility is limited to the cooperating institutions, most of which are 1862, 1890, and 1994 land-grant institutions. The following CSREES formula-funded grant programs are subject to the same OMB Circulars and Department regulations, with the exceptions identified in the CSREES Regulations.
