Who does not need a tourist visa?
Versión en español
Whoever does not have a machine readable passport after October 26, 2004, or plans to remain in the U.S. for more than 90 days, must apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa. During the following months immigration officers may allow someone without a machine readable passport to enter the U.S. only once. If the purpose of the trip is to study or work, the traveler must apply for the appropriate visa.
