Summary - Provides Medicaid eligibility for certain women who have been screened for breast and cervical cancer under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program and need treatment for breast or cervical cancer; provides that Medicaid benefits provided under this Act for persons who are eligible for Medicaid only because of this act are limited to the period during which the person requires treatment for breast or cervical cancer.
