Summary - Requires State Plan for Medical Assistance Services to be amended to add coverage of breast and cervical cancer treatment of women diagnosed through the CDC Program (Every Woman's Life). The coverage shall be limited to the period of treatment of breast and cervical cancer.

Summary - Requires the Board of Medical Assistance Services to include in the state plan for medical assistance a provision for payment of medical assistance for certain women with breast or cervical cancer when such women have been screened for breast or cervical cancer under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, need treatment for breast or cervical cancer and are not otherwise covered under creditable coverage.
