Former Yugoslav Nations Must Arrest War Criminals, Powell Says
Secretary of state is interviewed on Bosnian and Herzegovinian Radio

The failure to arrest indicted war criminals wanted for their involvement in atrocities committed during the war in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s is hurting the progress of Bosnia and Herzegovinia (BiH) and Serbia-Montenegro, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said in a radio interview July 31. (complete text)



Grossman in Belgrade Urges Cooperation with War Crimes Tribunal

Serbia and Montenegro should cooperate with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) "because it is right for the Serbian people. War Crimes Tribunal Indicts Croatian General Mirko Norac
Indicted for war crimes against Serbs committed in 1993
