Public and Media Outreach Center

The Public and Media Outreach Center develops plans and coordinates activities between the Department and organizations and groups disseminating communications materials for national and international audiences. The Center develops and maintains liaison with media, farm trade, and consumer associations and with organizations representing women, minorities, educational interests, and other specialized audiences. Provides responses to inquiries from public groups for information about the Department's policies, programs, actions and services, or about related agricultural matters.
