Develops policies and effective execution of overall policy for the publication, periodicals and forms printing program of the Department and its agencies in accordance with laws and requlations. The center provides instruction, regulations and guidelines to agencies to assure field printing is properly managed and effectively used. The Center produces printed material to meet the requirements of content, audience, economy, quality and timely delivery. Provides agencies with quality composition services by offering in-house, the Government printing Office, or commercial contractors. |
