Select GSA Value Lodging properties can offer a variety of meeting requirements. This information is provided for agency use. GSA recommends contacting the hotel directly to discuss specific function needs and whether the GSA Value Lodging rate will be available for meeting.
At each hotel's option, the listed rates may be offered to employees of private companies doing business with government under cost reimbursable-type contracts. Contract employees may be asked to present a letter of identification reproduced on the official letterhead of the government agency for which the contractual work is being performed and signed by a duly appointed Contracting Officer of that agency.
