Malawi.
Elizabeth Courtney, of Louisiana, to be a Member of the Board of
Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for a term
expiring January 31, 2010. (Reappointment)
Herbert S. Garten, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of
Directors of the Legal Services Corporation for a term expiring July
13, 2005, vice Douglas S. Eakley, term expired.
Charles Edward Horner, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member
of the Board of Directors of the United States Institute of Peace for a
term expiring January 19, 2007, vice Stephen Hadley, term expired.
Stephen D. Krasner, of California, to be a Member of the Board of
