Software Requirements
The following software may be used to create acceptable PDF files:
- Adobe Acrobat Distiller (Version 3.x or higher)
- NOTE: FastLane currently supports up to Adobe Acrobat Distiller Version 5.0
- Ghostscript (Version 6.5 or higher)
- Tex/LaTeX
- MS Word
- WordPerfect
- Other software that can create any of the
acceptable file formats.
Note to Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Users
If you are currently using Adobe Acrobat 6.0, you can still create PDF files that meet FastLane formatting requirements. To do this you must use the FastLane Job Options file, as described
in the Creating PDF Files section of this document.
