The Interagency Response Branch (IRB) coordinates with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide support to other federal agencies when there is a presidential declaration of disaster. GSA provides support across all 50 states, in the U.S. Territories, and U.S. Protectorates.
