eOffer and eMod eMod is a function of the eOffer program that allows contractors to submit modification requests completely electronically. This process is now available to all Schedule contract holders. For more information on this new process go to http://eoffer.fss.gsa.gov. Cooperative Purchasing The Cooperative Purchasing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provide information as to its statutory authority. The FAQs also explain how Cooperative Purchasing actually works and the benefits it provides to Schedule contractors and state and local entities. Learn more at www.gsa.gov/cooperativepurchasing. Innovation Integrated Process Team Establishment of Industry Government Council The Council will pursue efforts to educate, research and develop, promote and market the Schedules program, establish best practices, and provide an open forum for communication.
