Nominations
President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his administration and one individual to serve as a member of the federal judiciary.

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his administration and one individual to serve as a member of the federal judiciary.

The President intends to nominate Naneen H. Neubohn to be the United States Executive Director of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.  Neubohn has served as Advisory Director in the Mergers and Acquisition Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's London Office.  She has been with Morgan Stanley since 1974 and has served in a variety of positions both in the United States and in London including time as co-head of Morgan Stanley Germany, head of European Debt Capital Markets and head of Morgan Stanley Restructuring Europe.  Before joining Morgan Stanley, Neubohn was a Editor and Consultant with Business International Corporation and a U.S. Foreign Service Officer.  Neubohn received an undergraduate degree from Smith College, a Master's degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a M. B. A. from Columbia University.

The President intends to nominate Jay C. Zainey to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
