• Informs members of the international health community about SMDP activities
• Supports graduates of SMDP's annual Management for International Public Health (MIPH) Course with information and training resources
• Facilitates country-to-country exchanges of information and experience in public health management development

The SMDP NEWS is published quarterly, and distributed to all MIPH graduates and interested others. Graduates are encouraged to support the SMDP NEWS by sending articles, photos, and updates on their activities.
