NAIAW
2004 NAIAW
National Adult Immunization Awareness Week

September 26 - October 2, 2004

Immunization: Building a Path to a Healthy Tomorrow

At a glance: The National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID), National Coalition for Adult Immunization (NCAI) heads this annual observance to coordinate awareness-raising activities that focus on adult and adolescent immunization. This year marks the 17th consecutive observance of NAIAW and is a great opportunity for individuals and organizations to promote the importance of adult and adolescent immunization using the theme "Immunization: Building a Path to a Healthy Tomorrow."

The 2004 Campaign Kit is designed to:
  • Provide resources to help educate consumers and health care workers about adolescent and adult immunization.
  • Encourage organizations to coordinate NAIAW promotional efforts in their state or local area.
