The Parents Guide to Childhood Immunization is a 94-page booklet introducing parents to 12 childhood diseases and the vaccines that can protect children from them. Two ways for you to get a copy:

• Print your own copy from links on this page. The online version of the booklet contains the text only, in pdf format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software).  The online version is also available in Spanish; choose English or Spanish language files from the links on this page.

• Order a free booklet from the National Immunization Program. This printed bound version, available in English and Spanish, features children's drawings.
