2002 Activities Report (May 2003)

The 2002 VFC-AFIX activities report highlights the accomplishments at the federal and grantee level during calendar year 2002. The appendices in the report summarize the quality improvement visits made in the private and public sector by grantee as well as the change in coverage among providers with repeat visits for those grantees that submitted data. Calendar year 2002 data represents the first time outcome measures were collected in addition to process measures.
