Office of Affordable Housing Programs
The Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) invites you to join the HOME program's mailing list to keep you up-to-date on the latest information on HOME. Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community
HUD's Office of Community Renewal occasionally has news of interest to the following audiences outside of our network of Renewal Community, Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community contacts. These include tax professionals, wage credit consultants, local governments interested in seeking a designation, private and non-profit partners. Federal Legal Working Group for Colonias and Migrant Farmworkers Issues

HMIS.INFO Listserv
Through the National TA Project for Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Implementations, HUD has initiated the HMIS.INFO listserv. HUD invites anyone interested in HMIS issues to join the HMIS.INFO listserv. The HMIS.INFO listserv provides an opportunity for homeless service providers, Continuum of Care leaders, HMIS administrators, HMIS software solution providers, and other interested parties to share information about emerging issues and innovative ideas. HUD will also use the HMIS.INFO listserv to distribute the HMIS E-Newsletter and other HMIS-related publications and information.

The purpose of the "IDIS Operations" mailing list is to highlight items of interest to users of the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) concerning on-going, day-to-day operations. Lead Based Paint Hazard Control
This service was created by the HUD Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control for our Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grantees to serve as a forum to share ideas, experiences, exchange information, and ask questions of fellow LHC grantees. In addition, HUD's OHHLHC Office will use this service to post announcements, policy guidance, and other relevant information.

Lender Assessment Subsystem Mailing List
Title I & II Non-Supervised Mortgagees and Loan Correspondents are required to submit annual audited financial and compliance data in order to demonstrate compliance with FHA mandatory net worth, liquidity and other requirements via the Lender Assessment Subsystem (LASS). This mailing list was created to keep Title I & II Non-Supervised Mortgagees and Loan Correspondents and their auditors informed about updates to LASS, including policy and system changes, and upcoming local, regional and national training opportunities.

Multifamily Property Disposition Mailing List
HUD forecloses on properties with HUD-held multifamily mortgages and sells HUD-owned multifamily properties, through its Multifamily Property Disposition program. HUD maintains a mailing list of individuals and firms interested in possibly bidding at these sales. Individuals and firms who subscribe to this mailing list will receive email notices of multifamily properties available for sale nationwide, sale cancellations, sale date extensions, changes in sales conditions, and other information as it relates to these sales and the sales of other HUD assets.

The purpose of this mailing list is to provide owners, agents and managers of our Multifamily portfolio of housing projects, and others interested in multifamily housing, announcements of new local, regional, and national information posted to the Northwest/ Alaska Multifamily Housing Hub website serving Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Office of Multifamily Housing Assistance Restructuring

OIG Semi Annual Reports
The Office of Inspector General (OIG) invites you to subscribe to our Semi Annual Reports to Congress. The reports summarize the activities for the OIG during the period. It provides synopses of significant audits and Investigations and includes the status of HUD Management actions to close recommendations made in audit reports.

Office of the Inspector General Reports
These reports and transcripts represent our findings on HUD programs and operations. The reports are public information and cover multifamily housing, single family housing, community development programs, property "flipping" schemes, and other significant issues.

OIG Speeches and Testimony
The Office of Inspector General invites you to subscribe to receive copies of speeches given by the Inspector General to various Housing and Community Development groups and organizations. You will also receive any public testimony by the IG presented to Congress.

Oregon $1 Homes for Local Governments Alert
Learn about opportunities for your local government to purchase homes from HUD for $1 plus closing costs. This listserve will be used to notify Oregon governments, non-profits and interested citizens when $1 homes for local governments become available. Homes can ONLY be directly purchased by local governments. See program requirements. Periodic updates will highlight local partnerships that have successfully used the program.

Oregon Wi-Fi and Low Income Housing and Communities
The purpose of this mail list is to share information on Wi-Fi issues as they relate to uses of Wi-Fi in low income housing and communities, leveraging the Portland metro area's standing as the Metro area with the greatest Wi-Fi penetration , according to a 2003 Intel survey. It will include identification of specific projects, share sample RFP's used to solicit consultants and equipment, identify funding resources and security issues, compare speeds of different Wi-Fi standards, and highlight on-line resources and training opportunities.

Oregon Faith-Based, Grass Roots, and Other Community-Based Initiatives
Information and opportunities for faith-based, grass roots and other community-based organizations and their members interested in housing and community development issues and actions in Oregon and SW Washington. Periodic updates will be sent to list members.

Oregon Homeownership News, including minority homeownership
Are you interested in information about increasing homeownership opportunities in Oregon and SW Washington, including minority homeownership? This list is targeted to real estate, housing and community development professionals in the private profit, non-profit and public sectors. List members will receive periodic updates regarding FHA and other HUD programs.

Public and Indian Housing
Subscribers to this list will receive updated information and notices relevant to HUD's low-rent housing, housing choice voucher, and Native American programs.

San Antonio Office Jurisdiction Customer List
The San Antonio Office invites it's customers to join this mailing list that will provide notification of SuperNofa Workshops and other funding opportunites.

San Joaquin Valley
This list is for community, faith-based, business, agency, and governmental organizations that partner with the Fresno HUD office in building capacity for community economic development in the San Joaquin Valley. We will share insights, opportunities, best practices, and resources for collaborative action locally and regionally.

SF Housing Counseling
The HUD Single Family Housing Counseling (HC) Mailing list is for HUD Approved HC agencies. Subscribers will receive regular program updates and bulletins on HUD HC issues, publications and training. Texas Affordable Housing - HOME/CDBG
