Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor Training-Refresher

Pursuant to 29 CFR Part 1614 and EEOC's MD-110, all EEO counselors must receive continuing EEO Counseling training every year to keep EEO counselors informed of developments in EEO practice, law and guidance as well as to enhance and develop counseling skills and abilities.  This training provides the required information by providing segments on legal and policy updates, regulatory and statutory changes, and counseling skills development.
