In order to provide better workplace solutions, National Accounts has created customer segment teams that manage groups of customers based upon their mission. We fully understand that each customer has a set of unique requirements that are driven by its mission. Many of those requirements are also shared by other agencies with similar missions. This segmentation approach allows PBS to leverage its breadth of expertise for customers and facilitates efficient and effective customer services management to the 100+ federal agencies we currently serve. The five core mission groups around which we have organized are:
