"Overview of Heritage Resources Law" trains attorneys to effectively interpret the compliance and civil enforcement laws governing the management, preservation, and protection of the nation's archeological, historic, and cultural environment. "Overview of Archeological Protection Law" trains attorneys to effectively complete casework involving the looting, vandalism, and illegal commercial trafficking of archeological and other cultural heritage resources.
