The Federal Relay Service (FRS) provides telecommunications services between hearing individuals and

• individuals who are deaf
• hard of hearing
• and/or have speech disabilities

allowing them to communicate and conduct business with hearing employees in the federal government.

FRS provides domestic and international coverage to the public and to federal agency personnel seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
