The mission of GSA's Federal Technology Service (FTS) is to provide federal customers with: Information Technology Solutions, Network Services, and Professional Services. Moreover, FTS provides services that deliver the best value and innovation to support  the missions of customers worldwide.  Inherent in FTS' mission is the ability to  deliver flexible, responsive, easy to use, and cost-effective services.

IT Solutions Division—assists federal agencies in acquiring and identifying technology solutions using pre-competed contracts with commercial IT and Telecommunications contractors.  

Network Services Division—aggregates and leverages the government’s buying power to obtain the full range of end-to-end telecommunications products and services including global voice, data, and video services, supporting both local users and long-distance users. 

Professional Services Division—The Professional Services Division assists customers in the Southeast Sunbelt Region in the procurement of professional support services and solutions. Clients receive acquisition, financial and project management support throughout the life cycle of the project. Our expertise mitigates acquisition risks and allows clients to focus on their core mission and business objectives.

The Southeast Sunbelt Region serves the following eight states, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee through its Customer Support Centers in Atlanta, Georgia and field office locations throughout the region.
