Regional Office of Small Business Utilization
Every federal agency is required by the Small Business Act of 1953, as amended by Public Law 95-507, to establish an office that reports to and advises the head of the agency on the implementation functions under this act. The Regional Office of Small Business Utilization (ROSBU) is GSA’s response to that requirement and is responsible for the scope of small business programs mandated by this law. The ROSBU is GSA’s regional small business advocate and should be one of the first points of contact for any small business interested in doing business with GSA.
