Compliance Assurance and Enforcement

The mission of Region 6 Compliance Assurance and Enforcement, under the direction of Samuel Coleman, P.E., is to protect human health and to safeguard the natural environment - air, water and land - upon which life depends. Our primary objective is to assure that facilities comply with environmental laws that regulate air emissions to enhance the quality of the air, to ensure fishable, drinkable and swimmable waters, to support hazardous waste management, and other environmental resources. more
