e-Resolve offers ways to report a problem with GSA Global Supply orders or to submit an inquiry about any of the products and services offered through FSS. Requests for assistance will be processed by the FSS National Customer Service Center, a full service center providing assistance and information to make acquisitions simple and efficient.
