Columbia, to be an Assistant Administrator of the United States Agency
for International Development, vice Thomas H. Fox, resigned.
Joseph M. DeThomas, of Pennsylvania, a
Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of
Minister-Counselor, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of the United States of America to the Republic of Estonia.
Nils J. Diaz, of Florida, to be a Member
of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the term of five years
expiring June 30, 2006. (Reappointment)
Kenneth M. Donohue, Sr., of Virginia, to
be Inspector General, Department of Housing and Urban Development, vice
Susan Gaffney, resigned.
