United States District Judge for the District of Arizona, vice a new

Marcia S. Krieger, of Colorado, to be
United States District Judge for the District of Colorado, vice Daniel
B. Sparr, retired.
Richard J. Leon, of Maryland, to be United
States District Judge for the District of Columbia, vice Norma Holloway
Johnson, retired.
James C. Mahan, of Nevada, to be United
