About GSA
Southeast Sunbelt (4) Contract Management Division

The Contract Management Division is comprised of three areas Contract Administration, Local Procurement and Quality Assurance.

The Contract Administration and Quality Assurance Divisions are responsible for the administration of Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts awarded by the Federal Supply Service Acquisition Centers. The purpose of the MAS contract system is to make it easy and efficient for government agencies to buy quickly, easily and at good prices.

The MAS Industrial Funding Fee pays our expenses in placing and managing these contracts. The amount of sales generated by the 16,000 plus MAS contracts is as follows:

  •  $11 Billion in FY99
  •  $15 Billion in FY00
  •  $17 Billion in FY01
  •  $22 Billion in FY02
  •  $27 Billion in FY03

Whereas our Local Procurement office supports the regional Federal Supply Service procurement needs. Procurement support can range from fax machines to Auction Services.
