The mission of the Real Estate, Design and Construction Office is to perform the full range of services to deliver the region's construction program including capital construction; renovation, alteration and repair of our Federal assets; and lease construction projects.

The office performs this mission through three Divisions:

Technical Division provides the professional services necessary to support the construction program including detailing project specifications, design review and construction inspection support.

Project Management Division supplies the Project Managers for all levels of projects.

Contracts Division provides contracting support and administration for all levels of projects.
