Help with Downloading and Installing PDA Guidelines

The guidelines below are being provided solely for a quick reference.  It is not intended for users to read the guidelines using their PDAs.  Rather, we are providing the instructions below to allow users to load PDF formatted treatment guidelines to their Palm OS or Pocket PC PDA, which will allow users to use the guidelines as an on-the-go reference tool.

Instructions for Pocket PC Users (MS-Windows-based)
  1. If you do not have Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC already installed to your Pocket PC, download and install Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC.
  2. Download one of the following treatment guidelines:
    The guidelines available below are not formatted specifically for PDA screens so you will have to scroll side-to-side to view the full document.
    NOTE:  If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please right click your mouse, select "Save Target As..." and then click to download. If you are using Netscape Navigator, please right click your mouse, select "Save Link As..." and then click to download.
  3. Connect your Pocket PC to your computer and synchronize.
  4. Transfer the guidelines to your Pocket PC.
  5. Using your Pocket PC, go to the Programs and open Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  6. Select the guidelines to view.

Instructions for Palm OS Users
  1. If you do not have Acrobat Reader for Palm OS already installed to your Palm Device, download and install Acrobat Reader for Palm OS.
  2. Download one of the following treatment guidelines:

  3. Connect your Palm Device to your computer and synchronize.

  6. Select the guidelines to view.
