Course Description
This course is designed for engineers and other technical personnel who are
responsible for the development and implementation of Continuous Emissions
Monitoring (CEM) programs. The course reviews Federal CEM requirements,
details of commercially available instrumentation, and QA and audit techniques.
Emphasis is placed on CEM system inspection procedures and calculations necessary
for agency inspectors to perform their job functions. The guide is a reference
source for evaluating monitoring systems, applying Federal regulations, and
introducing CEM auditing techniques.
