Register Organization
e-VPP Registration Instructions

To register a new organization:

  • Click the Register Organization link on the left sidebar menu.
  • Complete all fields of the e-VPP Site Registration form.

    Note: The registration form contains two types of fields: Edit boxes and drodown menus. For the edit boxes, type the required information directly into the box. For the dropdown menus, click the menu and select the desired option from the menu.

    Note: Some fields are marked with an asterisk (*). These are required fields. You will not be able to submit the form if these fields are not completed.

  • If you need assistance with completing any of the fields, click the Help button located to the right of the field.
  • Once you have completed all the fields of this screen, click the Submit button. You will receive a message indicating that your application has been sent to Headquarters for approval.
  • Upon approval, your new account will be activated and you can log onto the system.

Important: When completing the registration form, be sure to enter the correct Site Abbreviation, because this is a key field that is used by the e-VPP system to generate an Application ID for your site. In the future, this key will be used in searches to locate your application. Each site will know the official abbreviation that should be used for its application.

Important: The selection you make for Field Office POC will be the FO to whom the application will be submitted upon completion. Therefore, care should be exercised in the selection of this individual, and he or she should be notified upon selection.
