The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn the applicability to the waters Alaska of the Federal human health criteria for arsenic to Alaska that were promulgated by EPA in the National Toxics Rule (NTR).

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn the federal human health water quality criteria for arsenic applicable to Idaho. Idaho adopted human health criteria for arsenic and EPA subsequently approved those criteria.
