To explore computer and information sciences and engineering research strength in the EPSCoR community and discuss strategies for successfully competing for and partnering with NSF CISE centers and large-scale projects. Established and emerging large-scale NSF CISE programs to be targeted include:

- Cyber Trust

- Research in Networking Technology and Systems

- Computing Research Infrastructure

The workshop will bring together EPSCoR researchers in relevant disciplines who are interested in competing for established and emerging large-scale CISE programs, key NSF program officers, and exemplary NSF-funded PIs (to give best practice talks on what it takes to develop competitive large-scale CISE proposals and run successful large-scale CISE grants).
