For general information on HIV/AIDS,
sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, and on the work of the National
Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention, please refer to
About This Web Site.
If you have a personal medical problem or concern about HIV, AIDS, or other
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and need additional information, please
refer to Hotlines for contact information. These
NCHSTP sponsored hotlines will put you in touch with a person trained to
answer many of your questions on HIV/AIDS and/or other sexually transmitted
diseases. He or she can also tell you where to get clinical services and other
help for these problems. The conversation will be confidential and you will
not need to identify yourself.
The answers to many general questions on HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted
diseases, and tuberculosis can be found on our HIV/AIDS
Prevention, STD Prevention, and TB
Elimination pages.
Further questions or comments on HIV/AIDS should be directed to the Division
of HIV/AIDS Prevention; questions or comments on tuberculosis should be
directed to the Division of TB
Elimination; and questions or comments on sexually transmitted diseases,
on the National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention, or on this web site
should be addressed to NCHSTP@cdc.gov.
