Chemical Precursor for the Doping Process
Caption:
A molecule designed by chemist William Rees to use as a chemical precursor for the doping process. This consists of adding small quantities of various elements into a material to change its properties (in this case, its conductivity). Scientists must exercise rigorous control of doping element placement in optoelectronic materials to improve performance of electronic devices.
