Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and EEO laws is
required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is
the Law." The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen
by employees and applicants for employment. The notice provides information
concerning the laws and procedures for filing complaints of violations of the
laws with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
NOTE: The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recognizes that there are differences between this poster and the poster provided by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Despite these differences, both posters are accepted as valid by OFCCP and EEOC.
An approved copy of the OFCCP EEO poster is available for informational purposes (a printer with at least 1 MB of memory is recommended).
