NSF and EPSCoR provide a number of helpful resource documents about preparing and submitting a proposal in response to an EPSCoR solicitation. The links to the left provide easy access to various documents that are useful and necessary in applying for EPSCoR funding.

The documents have been divided into three categories:

Forms—NSF provides several online and downloadable forms that awardees must complete in order to request information from and submit information to NSF and EPSCoR.

EPSCoR Program Solicitation—This document provides information on EPSCoR eligibility and all the information needed to apply for an EPSCoR Research Infrastructure Improvement grant. The latest version was released in March 2004. The Program Solicitation is available in HTML, Adobe PDF, and ASCII text formats.

Guidelines—The NSF provides a collection of documents detailing the requirements and conditions for preparing, completing, and submitting an NSF EPSCoR grant request, and the successful operation of a funded program.
